Mission
We are bringing focus to a single goal; to help people replace — for life —
the income they made while working.
Vision
We are empowering people by making retirement planning more
personalized, more accessible, and easier to understand.
Objective 1
The first objective of the project is to analyse the text comments entered
by the associates while processing NIGO events, and categorize the
problems into problem categories (that has the reasons for the rejection of
the forms).
Objective 2
Once the data is categorized, the second objective is the process needs to
be automated in such a way that the problem categories for the new data
must be automatically populated each month.
Objective 3
The categorized data must be uploaded to the SQL server, which will be
used to develop a tableau dashboard to visualize the data and to identify
the insights to propose recommendations to reduce the form rejection rate.
Data extraction
• The Data from the source tables was extracted using SAS.
Data pre-processing
• All the punctuations in the texts were removed, and all the texts were
converted into lower case
• Null values in the text column was removed.
• The data is then filtered into 38 different groups of form categories.
