Body position when filing

 Pressure on the file
The pressure on the file depends on the size of the file and the
workpiece

1. If starting a file, put a lot of pressure on the left

hand and a lot of pressure on the right hand
2. The pressure of the two hands should be the same,
when the file is in the middle of the workpiece
3. If both of the miser has reached the end of the step,
the left hand pressure should be light and press the
right hand
