 Security instructions for
individuals

1. Obey TOA’S security guard’s orders

2. Receive the Gate Pass before entering the project
site
3. Wear Gate Pass prominently
4. Visitors cannot enter the site without TOA’S PIC
escort
5. Keep away from the fence
6. Keep away from naval base property
7. Workers should pass through the security checks
8. Phones with cameras are not allowed to enter
Zones B & C
9. No photography allowed without permission
10. Keep at your allowed zone (Zone A, B, C)

11. No violation materials allowed to enter the project site

12. Security guards will check manually the individual
belongings
13. Infiltration to the naval base or naval base property is
prohibited
14. Don’t use the sea for any purpose
15. Threat to the security of the site and the workers is a
crime punishable by law
16. Destruction for Naval base or the company property is
prohibited
17. Strikes and demonstrations are prohibited
18. In case of any security situation immediately contact
the security office (security office number)
 Security instructions for vehicles:

1. Vehicles should show the permit documents before

entering or exiting the project site
2. Driving vehicles inside the site without permit is not
allowed
3. Vehicles should be checked by site PIC and the
security guards at the main gate
4. Adherence of the driving speed limit
5. Vehicles should park at the specified parking areas
6. Visitors vehicles are not allowed to enter the project
site
7. In case of any security situation immediately
contact the security office (security office number)
 Security instructions for construction
trucks and equipment's:

1. Trucks should show the permit documents before

entering or exiting the project site
2. Driving trucks inside the site without permit is not
allowed
3. Trucks should be checked by site PIC and the
security guards at the main gate
4. Adherence of the driving speed limit
5. Construction trucks should park at the specified
parking areas
6. Loading and unloading should be at the presence of
site PIC
7. In case of any security situation immediately
contact the security office (security office number)
