TATA TEA

PROBLEM:
1)They were unable to aware rural people
due to the lack of purchase capacity of the
rural people.
2)Registration and voting is
through internet.
BOUNDARY LIMIT:
1)People who buy the product only came to
know about the campaign in detail and it is
basically through internet. so the person
who can’t surf internet or who don’t have
internet knowledge unable to know about
this campaign “JAGO RE”. Especially
housewives.
2) They only target the youth of the country.
3)In advertisement all the thing are not clear.
ASSUMPTION:
1)In India a time consuming voting
registration.
2)People are not aware about the voting
procedure.
3)A person who are registered can only
vote.
4)A person can vote one at a time.
POSSIBLE SOLUTION:
1)Set booth in rural area who can provide full
knowledge about the campaign.
2)The price of product should be curtail so that the
rural people can purchase it.
3)Educating both rural people and housewives for the
knowledge of internet so that they can use.
4)Should be more and more advertisement, not only
during election time that as well.
BEST SOLUTION:
The best solution is to set up booth in rural area
and provide full knowledge regarding this
campaign as well as the important of election
in India and for the right and benefit of the
election.
IMPLEMENTATION:

This campaign is undertaken by “TATA TEA”

and “JANAAGRAHA” (non-profit institution). So
they can easily set up booth in rural area and they
have to give very much effort in setting up a booth
for the knowledge of the election, internet and also
for the “JAGO RE” campaign. If they set up booth
in rural area then they will hired people which will
again be helpful to reduce unemployment to some
extend.
PRINCIPLE:
The first principle of management planning is used.

Planning means “future course of action”. If planning is

not done properly then only “TATA TEA” will able to
educate more and more people through advertisement or
to setting up booth to which will help rural and young
people to know their right and importance of election
which will also help the TATA TEA to achieve the goal
i.e. maximum profit by satisfying consumer and satisfying
nation by making people aware about voting and it more
democratic.
CONCLUSION:
Finally we conclude that is very important for all the people of each
sector to know their right, duties and importance of election. If
we understand what is our right than it is our foremost duty to
go and vote rather than staying back at home and enjoy the day
as a holiday. If don’t vote than we have not any right to say
something about government because if we haven’t vote how
can we expect the thing to be change. So it our foremost duty to
go and VOTE.
