DECLARATION

We hereby declare that Millennium Mineração LTDA has been

assessed and recommended for certification on July 27th, 2007,
in accordance with the ISO 14001:2004 requirements, for the
following scope:

Extraction, production and sales of ilmenite, zircon,rutile and

kyanite.

The certificate will be issued as soon as the certification process

finishes.
