Problem Statement
In order for a Restaurant to grow and expand their features and product lines, they must be
open and willing to hear both positive and negative feedback from customers. This will help
prospects decide which product works best for them. When a restaurant receives a good
recommendation, other prospects will be more willing to try their products. On the other
hand, if a restaurant receives a negative review, a prospect will most likely stay away and try
para different solution. In each case both the positive and negative reviews act as data and to
understand any data sets its proper classification is required hence our objective here is to
classify these data sets which are in written format.
Proposed Solution
In each instance of an review the review is based on human sentiments, sentiments such as
Anger, Fear, Disgust, Happiness, Sadness, Surprise etc when these sentiments are expressed
in written format each expression has its threshold value capturing these values with
sentimental analysis mechanism and classifying them to obtain a clear and complete
analysis of business model. The main purpose of these sentiment classification is feature
based sentiment classification and opinion summarizing, the use of this sentiment analysis
in a commercial environment to help in progress and development of the commercial
market.
Dataset
The dataset is obtained from OpinRank Review Dataset :

http://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/datasets/OpinRank +Review+Dataset

The data set has been prepared by taking both positive and negative reviews.
Reviews are collected from Tripadvisor and Edmunds, which consists of around
2,500 hotels.
Methodology
The main goal of the mini project is to analyse the data from the surveys and to decide
whether it is suitable to be analysed with the use of the discussed data mining methods. A
graphical description of the processes involved in sentiment analysis is detailed in Figure
below.
Conclusion
Analysis of whether the feedback is positive or negative helps us keep a sustainable
business model. As in the current scenario, the importance of consumer feedback plays a
vital role in any business. In Modern-day reviews and microblogging have been an emerging
way to critique, and in many instances, it has affected the financial turnover of large-scale
industries, and it has helped the smaller enterprises grow, hence analysing these customer
sentiments or datasets play a important role in understanding the mindset of the end user
and in turn helping the investors know how their product is affecting the customers
