1.What kind is the axolotl ?
They are endemic, which are in critical
danger of extinction.
2.Where is your natural habitat?
In the Valley of Mexico (Lake Xochimilco) 
3. What are the characteristics?
• Their heads are wide, and their eyes are lidless
• They are brown or dark brown
• Has smooth skin and elongated body
• It has four extremities
• Three pairs of gills protruding from your head
 
4. What does it look like?
Its appearance is that of a giant tadpole,
with legs and tail. 
5. How much?
They measure between thirty and forty centimeters in length. 

6. Until how old can they live?  


They can live up to fifteen years in captivity.
 
7. How do They reproduce?
• It reproduces once a year.
• Each female can put from five hundred to a thousand eggs.
• Their incubation time is from twelve to eighteen days.

8. What do They feed on?


They are carnivorous and feed on smaller animals such as fish, worms
and other insects that inhabit lakes, are also cannibals.
