VIGILENZ product ranges are manufactured in cleanroom ISO Class
8 and adheres Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.

Our surgical suture, Hernia Mesh and wound management products

are biocompatibility tested according to International Standard ISO
10993.
Our product packaging is tested according to ISO 10667 to ensure the suture
materials are protected during storage, shipment and maintain sterility over 5
years shelf life.

All VIGILENZ product range are tested for stability to ensure it complies
with shelf life.

The tensile strength, attachment strength and diameter of the suture

threads comply with USP/EP specifications.
