Does Kumon Push Kids?

Kumon does not push children to learn too early and too
hard.
It often happens that people are taught things that they would
be capable of learning on their own, and this makes study
tedious for them. ​Also, when people are taught everything,
they are less likely to fully master the content. ​
In many cases they start to enjoy studying because they can
complete the work on their own. ​Children begin to enjoy their
studies because they can learn on their own without being
taught.

Our purpose is to pursue potential, which is “to see
how far the children can advance without being
pressured by giving them “just right” instructions.

Along with that we nurture a variety of abilities like

self confidence, attitude of taking ownership,
motivation, concentration etc. At last self learning
will compose their ability in the natural way.
Does Kumon foster Creativity?
Kumon worksheets allow students to self learn, borrow their
previous knowledge to learn something new. It minimizes the
need to ask others, and it strengthen their self belief.

Self belief is good for learning something new and on their own.
Our students become eager to “give it a try” when faced with a
challenges. That is why many of our students have grown up to
become experts and professionals in highly valued jobs that
require a lot of creativity to find solutions.
