DESCRIPTION :
is an activity in which a group of individuals, on
the same team, work together to accomplish an
ultimate goal which is usually to win in a
competition. Team gams rely on all of the
players working together equally in order to
succeed at the task at hand. Team games requires
that each athletes has PATIENCE,
PERSEVERANCE since the goal put forth to
accomplish might task some time to meet .
OBJECTIVES:

Learn the nature and scope of P.E and sports as a whole.


Understand the rules in team sports,
Able to follow the rules and regulation in playing team
sports,
Demonstrate basic skills and to its proper mechanics,
To foster strong relationship and cohesiveness in team,
To improve team collaboration, cooperation, and
communication effectiveness,
To build team rapport, and
Discover the value of sportsmanship.
