Target Industry- Private Sector in developing market for off-grid sector
Target Action- Accelerate the development of off-grid solar lightning and energy markets through the
following actions.
• Improving the enabling enviroment.
• Support scaling up and replacement.
• Increase demand and adress bottlenecks.
• Solving policy barriers.
• Access to finance for quality products.
• Marketing

Approach- Helping private sector through business development support, quality assurance, market
development for quality products, verfied solar company, access to finance.

Targeted Action- To deploy solar mini-grids in 25 villages in Ethiopia
Approach- To develop the mini-grids in 25 villages & let them recieve solar plant, back-up
dieasel generator and battery storage as well as operation and maintenance in three months.
