Trade Idea
• BYND recently made a new high above 136, want all the way to 146 and sold off
• Stock has been acting weak since then
• High Short Interest since it is perceived as overvalued
• Risk of Short Squeeze
Big Picture
SPY had sold off yesterday. In the morning, it was weak but
setting up for a reversal

China changed the way they are

calculating the numbers for corona.
Saw a spike of 15k new cases using
the new way they are diagnosing
the infection
Intraday Fundamentals
Stock up strongly in after hours on China news
• Levels- resistance around 139

• Stock was up in the morning

Technical Analysis - Daily
Technical Analysis – 5 Day
Trade To Hold Reasons To Sell
• Entries:
• Short at the 139 level
• Or Wait for price to trade below VWAP and short on the retest
• Stock stayed below VWAP for the rest of the day indicating more selling
Trade Management

Long T3 on low-volume pullback

risking the previous pivot low.

Long T2 on retest of the breakout

point and inability for price to drop
below that price. Risk below VWAP
Long T1 on break of the opening
range on increased volume. Risk
below VWAP.
Strong opening drive, low volume
pullback, increased volume into the
move higher, holding near the highs
within the first half hour.
Trade Management
Sell ¼ on meaningful lower
high on a higher time frame
Sell ½ on extension from VWAP by >½
ATR. Also making a near vertical
move up to this new price and will
likely need a meaningful pullback
before going higher. Since it’s
midday, I wouldn’t be looking to
re-add Flat on meaningful lower
low on a higher time frame
Trade Variables

Trade Review
Missed the trade and there is a lot to learn as to how it could have been traded
1) Entry close to yesterday after hrs low
2) Exit at after hrs high
3) 200 DMA was a good Pivot

4) Potential 2nd day trade if it trades above 110 and long term resistance at 200MA
