mental health.
• Strengthen information
systems, evidence and
research for mental health.

2. Parietal lobe –
allows for touch and
taste abilities.
3. Temporal Lobe –
allows for hearing
skills.
4. Occipital Lobe –
allows for visual skills.
Mental Disorder

mental and behavioral
disorder that falls within the
International Statistical
Classification of Disease and
Disorders such as:

Depression - feeling of
sadness and lost of interest
in activities once enjoyed

Schizophrenia - delusions,
hallucinations and other
cognitive difficulties
Bipolar Affective
Disorder - extreme
mood swing

Anxiety Disorders -
extreme fear or
worry
Dementia - deterioration
in memory, thinking,
behavior and ability to
perform daily task.

Substance use Disorder


- drug addiction
Intellectual Disabilities -
reasoning, learning and problem
solving.
Developmental and Behavioral
Disorder - intellectual, learning
and attention deficit/hyperactivity
disorder.
