Students will be able to involve in intellectual discussion with

loved and trusted once (social support group) to discuss
opportunities for self development .
Now when you are consciously involved in the process of self awareness, It is
very important to consider the importance of reality check.

One way of doing reality check is by taking feedback of our social support group
about our current analysis of our own personality.

Activity: First, Read the article named: reality check. Second, Share and discuss
your SWOT analysis with your social support group. This process is called self-
disclosure.
