1:legitimate power:
A person execrise legitimate power or authority that a ma
nager or leader has by a virture Of his or her position in the or
ganization if he or she is appointed to a leadership position by
alegitimate authority
2:Reward power
A leader can the ability of a leader or a manager to give the
tengible and intangible rewards, it means to influence some
employees by using the pay system to reward or punish the e
mployees.
Effective leaders or manager to use the reward power to sign
al the employee that they are doing the good job.
3:coercive power
It is a ability of a leader or manager to punish to others
Eg:paycuts and dismiss
4:Expert power
A power is based on leader's Special knowledge, skill, experti
se that the leader possers this power is tend to be used in a g
uiding or coaching manner.
5:Referent power
The power that comes from subordinate and co-worker, resp
ect admiration and loyality this power posses by leader or m
anager who are like able and whom subordinate wish to use a
s a role model.
Factor of leadership
There are four major factors of leadership

3:Communication
4:Situation
Leader:
Leader must be honest and understandable, he must having skills a
nd techniques. He must know to do and what not to do.To be a suc
essful leader you have to convince your follower not your superior
Follower:
Follower also factor of leadership In which you must know your people the fun
damentalStart point of leadership is have good understanding of human natur
e followers are those person or subodinate that influencce by the leader and l
eadership know about the emation and needs of followers.
Communication :
Verbal and nonvebal communication is necessary for leader
to communication with its followers one to provide necessary
Informatuon to them. As bad communication harm the relatio
n between leader and followers /employees.
Situation:
We must know about the situation enviromental change in the organizatio
n that will impact to decide the best course of action and decision and the
leadership style needed best situation in which you can easly lead.
