methodology survey process and how tracers are
done

Tracer Demonstration
Sessions
– Each participant will have the opportunity
to view a simulated tracer performed in our
host hospital.
– During these sessions you will see a
simulated survey first-hand.
– Your name badge will tell you if you will
attend the morning or the afternoon tracer
