INTRODUCTION
• Project Idea
The idea of our project is to provide a sustainable solution to the construction field by
offering an innovative recycling processes for the different material that are produced
as a wastes from the construction process or demolition of old structures and provide
a profitable products that can be used again in different fields of life.
The recycled materials will include but not limited to steal, concreate, rubber,
composite materials and aluminum.
Our project will have the capability to cover both emirates of Abu Dhabi and Dubai
wastes then whole UAE.

• Objectives
1. Use the recycling processes to reduce the wastes of construction materials by up to
85% within the first year in Abu Dhabi and Dubai Emirates by the completion of the
project.
2. Produce recycled materials from the construction wastes that satisfy the highest of
standards and comply with ISO regulation.
3. Construct a facility that can handle, process wastes, and produce recycled
materials from the construction wastes.
4. Provide the clients with high satisfactory standards that exceed the competitors by
20%.

02. Needs Analysis

Needs analysis is critical because it allows a company to recognize weaknesses that
prevent it from achieving its desired objectives.

Information Technology Program will help the different engineers to share and work
on the same project.

This Program will be more efficient because it will reduce the designing process.
Needs Analysis defines the problems and identifies the causes and solutions.

GOAL CRITERIA

GOAL
Increase work efficiency.
Save time.
Customer satisfaction.

Reinforce competitive position

and improve productivity
Specific
SMART
Engineering Department is suffering from the current situation
of the software's functionality. The Goal is to create a server that
will improve productivity, increase work efficiency, and save
time. This require the involvement of server and software
development.
Creating a server require a lot of trials. In those 5 months the
Measurable team should be able to pass all the system trials, system should
be working efficiently and delivering what the engineering
department need.
The team involved will create a server system for the
Attainable engineering department. The project manager will set a
milestone to keep everyone motivated and on target.
Improving the engineering department productivity is the main
Relevant target for the company.
The team should be able to follow the timeline set for 5 months.
Time-Bound By 22nd of May the engineering department should be ready to
work on the new server.
SCOPE
Our company will design the network and
implement new information technology-based
program for the engineering department to
enable the different engineers to share and
interact seamlessly on the same projects and
reduce faults in the designing process.

Out of the scope:

The program will only be implemented in the
engineering department and will not include
other departments like finance and HR.
The network will be a local network and can’t
be accessed through the internet.
OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT
AUTOMATION FOR BUISNESS
Information technology improves efficiency and increase workflow which helps in saving time
and money. Time saved can be used to focus on other tasks, speeding up the business process.
01

WORKING REMOTELY
Implementing Information Technology makes accessing your work server remotely possible. 02

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Customers always expect to be updated with their projects. Information technology provides
the best tools for customer communication in real-time.
03

OPEN-SOURCE SOFTWARE
The main use of open-source software is its flexible license. It allows the business to utilize the
software as per their needs—results in multiple benefits at a reduced expense.
04

PROTECTING INFORMATION
Information Technology provides the right resources to store information, such as client details
and business transactions. Such information is important, and if lost, can cause legal issues.

WHAT IS RISK PLANNING?
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?

Risk identification can help to expect

what type of risk can be occurred in
the project.

Risk evaluation evaluate how high or

low the types of risks impacting the
project.

Risk mitigation it is important to control

and know the strategies to minimize
the risk.
CONCLUSION
The engineering department would ultimately benefit from
adopting Information technology. It would increase their
productivity and profit. However, the business should
understand and communicate their needs to have a clear
plan for the outcome. Also, after the adoption of
Information technology successfully, staff meetings should
be done to cover the way of using the IT system to its
fullest. The business manager should assign the resources
and dedicate the time and effort to manage the
implementation process. Keeping in mind that IT adoption
requires long term obligation and a sizable investment.
