BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE:
On November 8, 2017 at about 5:15 p.m, Norb
Baladhay was on board a motor vehicle with Plate no.
UPV-511 headed towards the Hemingway St., Tiza,
Roxas City. Upon reaching the LUV Building he was
Apprehended by Patrol Officers on a basis of a report
coming from a victim of Theft. During the arrest, Police
Officers recovered in his possession the two Php1,000
counterfeited bills, magazine loaded with five
ammunition of cal 45, bag of the victim with the
valuable items inside and Suspected Shabu.
