Pia Luna informed the couple about what she discovered.

The couple went to their car to check it and found out that their
laptop and other personal belongings which they left inside the
car the night before were already missing.

Upon discovery of the incident, the couple immediately

reported the matter to the police station. Moments later, the
police arrived at the scene of incident on board a mobile patrol
and immediately cordoned off the crime scene.

The following observation were noted by the first responder

during the conduct of initial investigation:

• Opened car window.

• Removed garage light in front of the victim’s residence
• Partially consumed cigarettes
• Partially visible latent print at the car window
