INFO ABOUT SHALIMAR GARDEN

 It’s construction began in 1642 and after

that in 1981 it was inscribed as UNESCO
.
 Mughal Gardens were based upon
Timurid gardens built in central Asia and
Iran between the 14 and 15 century .
 It laid out in the form of a rectangle
aligned along a north-south axis and it
cover an area 16 hectares .
