What Is Strategy?
• Strategy : is the overall plan for deploying
(distributing) resources to establish a
favorable position.

• Tactic: is a scheme (Agenda, sketch) for

Specific maneuver(manipulator, drilling)

• Strategic Mission:

An application of strategic intent in term of


products to be offered and markets to be served

• Intended strategies: Strategy that an organization hope to
execute
• Emergent Strategies: Unplanned that arises in response to
unexpected opportunities and challenges
• Realized Strategies : The strategy that an organization actually
follow. They are product of both intended and realized strategies
• Deliberate Strategy: The parts of the intended strategy that an
organization continues to pursue over time
• Non-Realized strategy: The parts of the intended strategy that are
abandoned
