Mellitus, had an operation of ICCE OD (right eye). As one day hospital stay surgery post

o p e r a t i v e l y, h e w a s a d v i s e d t o a v o i d d r i v i n g , a v o i d e x p o s u r e t o d i r e c t s u n l i g h t , a v o i d e y e

scratching and so as to wear sunglasses on his way home. Eye patch noted on his right eye with

bloody stained seen. Three hours post-op, he kept on bending as he was fixing his things. Five

hours post-op he complained of tightness on his eyes and pain noted. Upon checking the

ophthalmologist prior to discharge, swelling noted around the cornea and vitreous incarceration

found.
