Module 1- Lesson 1:
Basic Concepts
Humans go through stages of growth and
development. Do you still remember how
you look when you were a baby? Let us try.
Below are frames corresponding to a
particular life stage. On frame number 1,
place a picture of you when you were a
baby. On frame 2, place a picture of you
now and on frame number 3, place a
hypothetical picture of your future self.
What changes can you note?

In frame 1, That is my picture when i was in
Kindergarten. That day is my graduation and i am a
honor student. I graduated at Don Tomas R. Mendoza
Elementary School. I remember when i was ready to
attend my first day in Kindergarten. I was feel nervous
because i dont know how to read. So that my teacher
teach me. My father was very strict when it comes to
me. Everytime i read a book and make a mistake he
beat me using his hands. So i work hard everyday. All
of my hardships are worth it, that's why i became an
honor student that time. My first day in my
Kindergarten was my favorite childhood memories.
In frame 2, We took that photo in the river. I use my free
time to hang out with my cousin and friends. The time that
i can relieve all my stress. I spend my time to stroll, playing
online games, watching movies and reading wattpad. I also
chill that time. All i know is waiting for the activities or
modules that can be sent to us. So i enjoy my time to relax.
In frame 3, That time is our career guidance. We
wear what we want that suitable into our professions
that we want to become someday. I wore a teacher's
uniform. When I was in high school I’m to lazy to take
down notes. But now I’m in college. I am determined
to study hard. Now I’m study for my profession that i
want to become someday. So that i always multiply
my passion and willingness to achieve my goals in
life. I keep on fighting for my dreams cause i want to
help my parents. I always keep in my mind that
failure is my strength to stood up, and god will do the
rest. Learn to be independent, don’t depend on
others.
