General and Definition
• Parking area is a location that is designated for parking that can
be in a parking garage, in a parking lot or on a city street.

• Based on the number of cars: One parking for all 5-8 cars

• Based on the traffic of visitors: space must be reserved for 7% to

9% of the visitors.
• Space required: 20-25m2 / car (including of way for rolling)

• The distance between the end of the parking lane and the building
at corner is at least 6m.
• The belt of safety in wide of 50cm is reserved between the
