 Introduction
 Test administration procedures are developed
for an exam program in order to reduce
measurement errors and to increase the
likelihood of fair, valid, and reliable assessment.
 Test Analysis is process of analyzing
the test and defining test objectives. It covers
what is to be tested in the form
of test conditions and can start as soon as the
basis for testing is established for
each test level.
