• Palpasi :

A prominent systolic impulse may be palpated along the

lower left sternal border, representing contraction to the
dilated RV (termed an RV heave)
 auskultasi
• The second heart sound (S2)
demonstrates a widened, fixed splitting
pattern.
• Systolic murmur
• Mid diastolic murmur
