SYNTHESIS
Professional Learning Communities are deemed necessary by
various literatures for the success of an organization. It creates a space
for teachers and leaders to discuss matters concerning the progress and
achievement of learners based on standards prescribed by the
department of education and it opens everyone to talk about matters
concerning the professional development and advancement of the
community per individual and as an institution. However, the
effectiveness of the PLC lies on how the community will be facilitated
and how open the communication is among the members of the
institution.
