○ By April 5, 2021, all staff at Montera will have received 3
formal professional development sessions in the gradual
release model as measured by attendance and participation
during PD sessions and PLCs.

Enhancements: I need to model and use think aloud to
get my students to fully understand the concept being
taught.

given the essential question that is to be referred to during the
course of the topic.
Enhancements: I need to model using think alouds, how to ask
questions, and note-taking when approaching new topics and
concepts.
Your Turn. Together with your grade level team find an upcoming
lesson in a TE that you would use for the presentation part of
focused instruction. Evaluate the way the content is taught and
discuss any enhancements.
