● Short-Term Goal
○ By April 5, 2021, all staff at Montera will have received 3
formal professional development sessions in the gradual
release model as measured by attendance and participation
during PD sessions and PLCs.

-we are modeling our use of cognitive (thinking skills) and metacognitive
(thinking about thinking) skills
