FINE DINING
WHAT IS FINE DINING ?
Fine dining is a term used for defining places ( shops , restraunts n hotels ,
etc ) which provide high level of food I.e. The best quality of food available
in either their state or worldwide , Fine dining is mostly seen in expensive
restraunts such as 5 start plus hotels which provide a large variety of food
products while maintaining the best for quality available . Places providing
fine dining are very expensive, making it difficult for the middle class
people to go there. In fine dining the food used is of the best quality
available this making it costlier.
HISTORY OF FINE DINING
The precursor to fine dining started around the 1780s when health conscious
bouillon shops evolved into grand “Parisian restaurants like Trois Frères and
La Grande Tavene de Londres”. ... The first fine dining restaurants in the
United States were found in New York City, such as Delmonico’s in the 19th
century.
IMPORTANCE OF FINE DINING
When your first course is served, you admire the beautifully prepared dishes
that might never have come out of your own kitchen. The flavors and
aromas compete with the visual splendor. Wine is decanted and served with
much ceremony. You can relax and enjoy your wine that has been expertly
paired with your meal. Thus making the meal even more fruitful by not only
relieving is of our hungry but also making us satisfied by giving us the best
meal possible, this providing us with mental peace as well.
