Abstract:
1. The project is developed to satisfy the needs of public to get the ration products/groceries
without rush and regulation of improper delivery.
2. The main objective of the project is to develop a webpage for various wards
admin to add or manage ration card holders and deliver a ration groceries using scheduled delivery
(Messaging) system.
3. A ward admin can able to view all ration card holders and their details
along with product delivery status.
4. A ward admin will send a scheduled date and time through text message to get
their ration products.

Module Description

Vendor Module

New user Registration:

1. In order to deliver ration products, the ward vendors are required to register all ration card
holders details.
2. The smart card number helps the admin to fetch the card holder details with product
delivery status.
3. After the successful registration of a particular smart card holder details will be loaded
in View user details page.
View user Details:
1. The details registered by the ward vendors such as Smart card number, Card holder name,
Address, contact number, last updated date and delivery status are viewed by the vendor.
2. The ward vendor will proceed their action based on the last updated date and delivery status.
3. When the delivery status is Pending, then the vendor click on the Pending button which
has hyperlink. It will be navigated to another page.

Delivery Status updates:

1. The delivery status helps to send a scheduled reminder to people who didn’t buy the products
In ration shop as well as to know about the card holder status.
2. When public ready to buy the products, application facilitate the payment through online
and offline.
