• Condition that is initiated by a physiological or
psychological deficiency or need in an
individual ,which causes individual to behave in
certain way to achieve a particular goal or an
incentive

- It is a condition which causes person to work in a

- Anything that can migrate a need and decrease
intensity of drive is called incentive
