Regular physical activity is an important part of getting healthy and
staying healthy.
Get active with:
 Have a mini walk

Drinking water is the best way to quench
your thirsty.Even better,it doesn’t come with
all the sugar and energy (kilojoules) found in
fruit juice drinks,soft drinks,sports drink and
flavoured.

Fruit and vegetable are low in fat,salt and
sugar.They are good source of dietary fibre.As
part of a well-balanced,regular diet and a

 The simplest way to limit unhealthy snack is not buy
them.Instead,stock pantry,fruit bowl and fridge with
healthy snacks,and include them in lunchboxes.
 Commercial snack foods available in supermarket have
varying nutritional value.When choosing grain-based
snacks,look for the healthier options which are high in
fibre nd whole grains,and look for product with the heart
foundation tick.
 Put a clear limit on the number of less healthy snack foods
eaten each week,such as lollies,chocolates,donuts,some
fruit/cereal/muesli bars, potato & cornchipss,and sweet
biscuits.
