Menurut dr. Renni Utari(2020). Bakteri
Lactobacillus casei atau L. casei adalah bakteri
yang tinggal dalam sistem pencernaan. Bakteri
ini dikenal menawarkan perlindungan terhadap

penyebab infeksi.

L. casei merupakan salah satu dari banyak spesies

bakteri yang termasuk dalam genus Lactobacillus.
Mereka berfungsi menjaga kesehatan sistem

dibilang tergantung pada kehadiran mereka
dalam memudahkan pencernaan makanan.

menggunakan Lactobacillus casei
Susu dilarutkan dengan air yang

Kemudian diinokulasi 5 % starter

2nd Process L. casei

Larutan tersebut diinkubasi pada

terbentuklah yoghurt lalu
