Reference List
It is the list that contains references of all the sources that
researchers use in their scholarly works.
Purpose
• To make your audience aware of the sources you have taken
benefit from.
• To give credit to the authors of the sources you have used.
• To authenticate your work by providing information from
field experts.
Reference List vs Bibliography
Bibliography
A bibliography, generally, is a list of all the sources you used
to generate your ideas about the topic including those cited in
your assignment as well as those you did not cite.

Reference List
It only includes those references which you have cited in your
piece of work.
