slides is to show the different
habits that will keep us
healthy over the years, this
gives us mental and physical
health.
You should do some
exercise every day.
You should wash your hands
before every meal.
You should not smoke or use
tabbacco.
You should maintain a
healthy weight.
You should not
eat many sweets.
You should avoid junk
food.
You should protect your
skin from the sun.
You have to eat fruit.
You have to drink water
every day.
You have not drink too
much alcohol.
You have to avoid stress.
You have to eat vegetables.
You have to live with a
comunity.
You have to keep good
relationships.
You must sleep 8 hours
every day.
You must visit the doctor
every year.
You must not watch a lot
of TV.
You must sit propperly.
You must train you brain.
You must not follow the
recommendations of
inexperienced people
when you are sick.
