The resources that can be replenish such as water, soil, oxygen. However,
energy can also be categorize as a renewable resource wherein they
harness the energy from the nature

• solar energy means energy from the sun.

• Wind energy is also a type of renewable energy wherein it never
depletes or never runs out.

• It refers to the conversion of energy from flowing water into
electricity.
Geothermal Energy
• Geothermal energy refers to the internal heat beneath the earth
Biomass Energy
• it refers to all organic materials made from plants and animals such
as wood, crops, animal manures etc.

It comes in two process

Direct combustion

burns the biomass to generate hot gases or steam to convert into mechanical
energy/ electrical energy.

Fermentation

the bacteria’s will do the process and converting it into ethanol that can be
used as biofuel.

generate electricity namely:

San Jose City Ipower plant

These kind of power plant is a renewable source of energy. It uses

agricultural waste specifically rice husk to generate electricity.
