• How long will the person be alone to finish the job?

• Is it legal for the person to be alone while doing certain activities? (Refer the listed jobs for restrictions)
• What time of the day will the person be alone? (Check time restrictions)
• What forms of communication are available?
• Will emergency communication systems work properly in all situations?
• Is the work in a remote or isolated location? (Isolated area could be some area which is rarely used, need not be
away from main building)
• Is transportation necessary to get there?
• Does the person provided training to raise panic alarm to alert ERT team?
• Is there adequate education & training provided for the person to work alone?
• Is fatigue / heat stroke / other ill health likely to occur?
• Is the worker exposed to extreme temperature condition?
• Is there a chance of animal bite, poisonous or allergic reaction etc?

• Are there any pre-existing medical conditions that may increase the risk while working alone
• Is the skill & experience level of individuals to perform the job adequate ?
• Is the job area has limited ventilation and chances of poisonous gases exposure?
• If the work need LOTO requirement, is the accessories identified for the individuals and provided knowhow on how
to
perform it?
• Is there any manhole nearby, where the person may get trapped inside and get unnoticed?
•Is the job involves the risk of electric shock?
•Is there possibility of person get drowned inside the pond due to work near the vicinity of pond?
•Is the job involves excavation activity where the person get trapped inside the excavated soil and get unnoticed?
•Is the job involves patrolling during night hours and has the risk of Vehicle collision or any insect bite.
