• who workers should contact if they have any work-related issue;

• who workers should contact if they have an emergency type situation.

• Establish self-discipline and close monitoring

• While some degree of flexibility exists in a WFH arrangement, employers should be


able to expect:

• the worker’s self-discipline and compliance with the agreed work hours;

• assurance that workers record the total hours worked for each day or week;

• A form of online attendance or using email to record work hours.
