Emergency
Emergency Work requiring immediate action, to be carried out where there is an
immediate danger to loss of life, damage to the environment or significant
loss of production. Work is to continue continuously until the emergency is
alleviated. The request for work may be verbal, but must be followed up by a
“a posteriori” formal Work Order within 24 hours
Urgent
Urgent Work requiring action within 24 hours of the request being received where
there is a potential of danger to the health or safety to the employees,
damage to the environment or loss of production. A formal Work Order, even
not planned, must be issued before the work commencement

Vital
Vital Work on critical equipment that has installed active spare equipment. This
work requires action within seven days of the request being received.

Ordinary
Ordinary Work required which has no potential of endangering health, safety,
environment, or production. Work will be planned accordingly.

Shutdown
Shutdown Work requires the shutdown of the plant in order to perform the work.
