EXTERNAL FERTILIZATION- spawn (release
gametes into H2O)

OVIPAROUS- eggs are hatched outside the body
VIVIPAROUS- young develop inside the mother
OVOVIVIPAROUS- eggs are retained inside the
mothers body and hatch inside. Live young are
birthed.
