 LATAR BELAKANG
Saat ini di zaman Sendentary Life Style , banyak orang yang“mager”, terlalu sibuk
dengan pekerjaan dan aktivitasnya sehingga tidak banyak memiliki waktu untuk
mengolah atau menyiapkan makan yang sejatinya adalah kebutuhan primer
manusia. Selain itu, Fast Food saat ini sudah menjadi gaya hidup masyarakat yang
tentunya berdampak negative bagi kesehatan mereka. Melihat fenomena tersebut
dalam hal penyiapan makanan dan hidangan, mereka lebih memilih untuk
memesan makanan dari pada membuatnya sendiri dengan alasan pertimbangan
waktu dan tenaga walaupun memang sedikit mahal. Dari pemikiran ini penulis
mempunyai ide untuk membuat katering makanan yang sehat dan bergizi
seimbang selama 3 hari
