• Frog • Dissecting set


• Cotton wool • Dissecting tray
• Chloroform • Pins
• Gloves • Container
• Garbage bags
PART 1

GETTING STARTED
1. Prepare the dissection tray and get your frog
2. Consult any supplementary materials
provided by the teacher.
3. Wear the proper safety equipment.
4. Place the frog in the dissection tray on its
back.
PART 2

EXAMINING THE EXTERIOR


1. Identify the sex of the frog
2. EXAMINE THE HEAD
3. Examine the inside of the mouth
4. Find the cloaca.
5. Open the frog as instructed
