Airport/transport Representative

Basic Function : Transports guest to and from the airport/other

terminals; sells hotel services to prospective patrons at the airport.

Specific Duties:
• Checks availability and condition of vehicles needed to transport
guest;
• Looks after the preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles;
• Fetches arriving guest, welcome them and bring them to the hotel;
• Scouts for possible prospects or patrons at the airport and the other
terminals and offers then to accommodation in the hotel;
• Coordinates with tour coordinators regarding
arrangement for transport service of tourists
and visitor;
• Provides tour and travel assistance to do so ;
prepares and updates daily tour itineraries of
gust; and
• Perform other duties as maybe assigned by
superior.
