Iterations & Sprint Level Feedback
■ Design & Development are an iterative process based on a process of
designing, developing, testing, analyzing, and refining a product. The
changes and refinements are implemented after analyzing the feedback.

■ KiwiTech gathers feedback on the delivered design/development after each

Sprint and evaluates the collaboration.

■ Timely feedback on the product helps the team to course correct and meet
the objectives of the project.

■ Any delayed responses from either side add up to the delivery time which
makes meeting deadlines difficult.
Project Methodology – Fixed Cost
■ Requirements are carefully analyzed, estimated and mutually agreed
before commencement of project development.

■ Scope in this model is defined and changes in scope are considered as

Change Requests, which are estimated separately. The changes are
incorporated in the project at an additional cost after client’s approval.

■ Clients don’t own the risks of delivery, resources and quality.

■ Payment is split and tied to different milestones, as mutually decided

between KiwiTech and the client.

■ Little scope of untimely and undesired escalations in the incurred costs

since this model has least possibility of midway modifications during
project execution.
Project Methodology – Team Based
■ This is a team-based engagement model in which the clients have the
flexibility to choose the team size depending upon their business
requirements.

■ The team can be ramped up/down at any point during the project, and
the client is billed on hourly/monthly development activities.

■ This model facilitates project specification alteration as per the business

dynamics.

■ It offers easy inclusion of new requirements into the scope.

WITH OFFSHORE TECHNICAL SUPPORT
