History of DJI FPV
On March 2, 2021, DJI, the world's leading manufacturer of civilian
drones and creative camera technologies, officially launched. It's a whole
new sort of drone with an intuitive, immersive flight experience that has
never been seen before. DJI FPV combines racing drones' first-person
view and high-speed performance with traditional drones' cinematic
camera sweep, DJI's leading consumer drones' safety and transmission
technology, and an optional innovative single-handed motion controller
that allows pilots to control the drone with only hand movements. DJI
FPV establishes a new drone category, opening up new horizons of
possibilities for content makers and drone enthusiasts of all levels.
INTRODUCTION

Tagline: “THE FUTURE OF POSSIBLE”

The DJI Digital FPV System was designed for the

drone racing industry. It consists of the DJI FPV Air
Unit Module, DJI FPV Camera, DJI FPV Goggles, and
DJI FPV Remote Controller, all of which are packed
with powerful features and serve a significant role
in the development of our HD Low Latency
FPV system.

Technical Features
ADVANTAGES
1.) Emergency break
Even for experts, manual FPV flight can be intimidating.
That's why DJI FPV comes with an emergency brake and
hover feature. Simply press this button on the remote
controller while flying in any mode, at any speed, and the
aircraft will stop and hover stably within a few seconds.

2.) Auxiliary bottom light

Two in the front of the aircraft and two on the bottom with
an auxiliary light that helps with precision movement in low-
light environments

3.) Return to home:

The DJI RTH function is a very useful safety feature that
helps bring your drone back to a safe, accessible landing
location.
DISADVANTAGES
Size: the DJI FPV has a larger profile than FPV drones with a similar propeller

size. This can make it harder to fly through some smaller spaces.

Weight: the DJI FPV drone is much heavier than a typical FPV drone. With
greater weight, it will probably not be suited for FPV racing. It will also be above the
250-gram threshold for FCC registration.

Less durable: Unlike conventional freestyle FPV drones with carbon fiber frames, the
DJI FPV’s plastic body is less durable and can break with even one crash.

Repairability / Customizability: It is unlikely that you’ll be able to customize the

drone, unlike other FPV drones. Moreover, it will likely have proprietary components
that will be difficult to repair yourself if you damage it in a crash.
UNIQUE SELLING POINT
1) FPV drones offer a more immersive experience, mostly
due to the goggles that pilots wear during flight.

2) FPV drones move differently, offering much higher

speeds and limitless maneuvering options. Because of this,
FPV drones have typically required a much higher level of
skill to fly.

3) FPV drones often require DIY assembly and testing

before flying, whereas traditional drones are almost always
ready-to-fly right out of the box.

4) FPV drones almost never have intelligent safety features

or aftersales service, which means crashes are almost
inevitable and hard to repair.
FINAL THOUGHTS

The DJI FPV drone combines the best of three worlds first it is a super fast
FPV drone that allows for some insane maneuvers while being fully
assembled and ready for adventures out of the box no skills required.
Secondly, this is important news it is beginner friendly and can be controlled
by literally everyone not just by full-time and pro flyers. Thirdly it comes
with an inbuilt 4k camera with the latest digital image stabilization for crisp
and steady recordings ready to be uploaded and shared on social media now
that is a powerful combination as pretty much all other FPV drones on the
market require advanced technological skills for the assembly and they're
also super difficult to control as they usually have almost no safety tools
aboard having an out of the box ready to use. FPV drone that hits maximum
speeds of around 90 miles per hour and that can be flown by literally anyone
sounds awesome and sets this drone apart from pretty much all other models
on the market
