and new ideas in a number of ways.

e the better records as more productive in worker’s performance.
• The data for this research is going to gathered basically thr
ough the primary and secondary sources.
• Due to the covid19, we will use mainly online survey record
ing process and online interview process to collect their opi
nion about this topic.
• Overall, this study attempted to investigate the role of effective communication to bo
ost workplace productivity
• Although free of flaws and with many more questions are no left to answer, this proje
ct is the spring board into an area of research that has the potential to assist organizat
ions in a very literal and measurable way.
