which didn't fight against illegal logging,
farming, and mining.
The fire started for human reasons, a lot of farmers who worked for
the government of Brazil were burning-crops because the new
season of soybeans was about to start.
The wood industry also changed the hydric cycles making the earth
drier.
EFFECTS

If the wildfire hadn't occurred, the pollution wouldn't arrive at the


closest cities causing many respiratory diseases.
Protected wildlife wouldn't be extincted if the government could
change the environmental policies to protect one of the most
important woods on the planet.
