Cross-Cultural
Leadership
Cross-cultural leadership is the way
to understand leaders who work in
the newly globalized market. Cross-
cultural leadership involves the
ability to influence and motivate
people’s attitudes and behaviors in
the global community to reach a
common organizational goal.
Why do we need Cross- Cultural
Leadership?
Cross-cultural management helps an organization
to deal with people coming from different cultural
backgrounds. It’s a necessity that has emerged due
to workplace diversity. With the onset of education
among the working class, globalization and
softening of borders among countries, the profile of
the workforce has become widely heterogeneous.
In an organization, people come from various class,
caste, gender, religion, and nationality.
