This software was created and designed for public
accountants, it is a software compatible with windows 8, 7 or
10, and from the loaded codes, it will be able to perform the
task of making accounting records. The software support is in
servers in Azure, which will allow to have an availability of
99.7%, all in all, it is a tool that will help make this task much
easier and faster.

It is very simple to use, since you will need a pc with

windows 8, 7 or 10 operating system and navigate easily in
google chrome version 72.0.3626.96, published in January
2019 onwards, you will need to create users in the application
to record the data and they will be biometrically commanded
and by voice.
The accounting software is managed by voice, this allows us
to count the documents only with the voice without using the
keyboard and mouse.

The accounting software is a system composed of different

commands that indicate the different routes of causation, and
payment of different accounting documents, this software has
a function called voice dictation that allows you to draft a
document, and even edit it, just by using commands from
voice through the microphone of the mobile phone or
computer.
Through voice dictation, the software can be instructed to
enter the different accounting documents, cause them, pay
them and thus generate the different accounting movements
that each document requires. This tool would save time and
improve the health conditions of many of the accountants.

To sum up, the idea of carrying out accounting in an easier

way and with the security and backup of storage on servers in
the network, will make accounting easier, since professionals
will have the time to constantly update themselves but with
the confidence that their work will be carried out successfully
