Urban or rural? Upland, lowland, or coastal? In the poblacion or in remote barangays? Group Work : (Assigned Sector) • Specify further the characteristic of their participants – age, gender, work, education, etc. • Choose what specific technical skills you plan to implement. • Subject the chosen skills training to the likely context of the course/training: 1. The likely program/project for which the CBT is being implemented 2. Determine the likely partners for implementing and supporting 3. Determine the likely community context for implementing the CBT
